Shipping policy

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Orders are processed after receiving proof of payment (POP) and confirming payment clearance.

     

  2. Shipping Options and Costs:

  • Orders under R600: R70 to a Pargo point, or R100 to your doorstep via The Courier Guy (fees may be higher depending on location and weight)
  • Orders over R600: Free delivery to a Pargo point
  • Orders over R600 will have a reduced fee for, to your door delivery via The Courier Guy

  1. Delivery Time:

    • Main Centers: 1-3 days
    • Regional Areas: 3-5 days
    • Remote Areas: Additional 1-2 days

  2. Tracking:

    • Pargo and The Courier Guy will send an SMS or email updates for order tracking. Once you have a waybill number, track your package at Pargo’s website. Or The Courier Guy/Track my parcel.

  3. Ensuring Delivery:

    • Provide the correct full delivery address and contact details to avoid delays.

  4. Shipping Returns:

    • To return a product, mail it to Collagen and Company.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
