Shipping policy

  1. Shipping and Delivery:

    • Orders are processed after receiving proof of payment (POP) and confirming payment clearance.

     

  2. Shipping Options and Costs:

  • Orders under R600: Calculated at checkout to a Pargo point or Bob Box Locker as per courier rate for your area, or R110 to your doorstep by courier. (Fees may differ based on weight and area)
  • Orders over R600: Free delivery to a Pargo point or Bob Box Locker, or R110 to your doorstep by courier. (Fees may differ based on weight and area)
  • Orders over R1000 will have a reduced fee for, to your door delivery via courier
  • Orders over R2000 will receive free courier to your door.

 

  • Delivery Time:
    • Main Centers: 2-4 days
    • Regional Areas: 3-5 days
    • Remote Areas: Additional 1-2 days

  2. Tracking:

    • Couriers will send an SMS or email updates for order tracking. Once you have a waybill number, track your package from our website under the "Track my Order" tab or Bob Go platform.

  3. Ensuring Delivery:

    • Provide the correct full delivery address and contact details to avoid delays.

  4. Shipping Returns:

    • To return a product, mail it to Collagen and Company.
    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
